"Motivations for user satisfaction of mobile fitness applications: An analysis of user experience based on online review comments"

This research was conducted by Hyeongjin Ahn and Eunil Park. It was published in the Humanities and Social Sciences Communications journal. The study applied two different natural language processing approaches to online review comments of mobile fitness applications to examine the effects of user experience elements. The review dataset collected from 16,461 users revealed the notable roles of perceived affection and hedonic values in determining user satisfaction with the application, whereas the effect of user burden on satisfaction was marginal.

"Patient portal use and experience among older adults: systematic review"

This research was conducted by Jung Mi Oh and David A. Rhee. It was published in the Journal of Medical Internet Research. The study conducted a systematic review of the literature on the use and experience of patient portals among older adults. The authors found that while patient portals have the potential to improve health outcomes and patient-provider communication, there are significant barriers to their use among older adults, including lack of internet access and low health literacy.
