"Motivations for user satisfaction of mobile fitness applications: An analysis of user experience based on online review comments"

The study conducted a systematic review of the literature on the use and experience of patient portals among older adults. The authors found that while patient portals have the potential to improve health outcomes and patient-provider communication, there are significant barriers to their use among older adults, including lack of internet access and low health literacy.
