Welcome to Uppercentile! By using this website, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this website.

1. Access to Our Resources and Help Desk Support

Uppercentile provides access to digital documents and resources through our e-commerce website, as well as help desk support for our customers. By using our resources or help desk support, you agree to the following terms:

2. Store Policy

Uppercentile offers digital documents for purchase through our e-commerce website. By making a purchase, you agree to the following terms:

  • Payment is due at the time of purchase, unless the customer is using a third-party service offered by Uppercentile, or is paying via some other authorized manner.
  • We accept payment by credit card and other payment methods may be made available from time to time.

Communication

All communications with customers will be restricted to the purpose of fulfilling orders and providing customer service, unless the customer has opted-in to share their email address for marketing purposes​​. Uppercentile is committed to responding to all customer support inquiries within 48 hours of submission​.

Order Cancellation and Returns

Customers may request a return within 30 days of their purchase. In addition to these 30 days, customers can request a return or refund under Uppercentile's Buyer Protection Program within 90 calendar days of the date of delivery, when applicable. Uppercentile will accept returns for a minimum of 30 days, except for "final sale" items​​.

Customers can request a return for the following reasons:

  • The wrong product, or a product with missing parts or accessories, was delivered.
  • The product is not in compliance with the contract of sale.
  • The product is incomplete, defective, damaged, or in otherwise unacceptable condition.
  • The product does not match the description provided at the time of purchase.
  • The customer changed their mind about the purchase.
  • Uppercentile did not fulfill its delivery commitments (such as delayed shipping or delayed delivery)​.

Refunds

Provided the order falls under one of the above reasons, refunds will be processed within 5 business days from the date that the refund is approved and include the purchase price, shipping, handling, and taxes. Uppercentile reserves the right to re-ship an order as a replacement if a customer claims they didn’t receive their shipment or if their items were damaged on delivery.

Seller Protections

Uppercentile closely monitors incoming purchases and has the ability to block or hold transactions considered suspicious for further review. Uppercentile is protected against chargebacks classified as unauthorized but continues to be responsible for all cases described as not as described or not received​​.

Customer Service

Customer service is a priority for Uppercentile. We strive to resolve any issues directly with the customer and only involve third parties if we cannot reach a resolution directly with the customer​​.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Uppercentile is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions or your use of our website shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
