Provided the order falls under one of the above reasons, refunds will be processed within 5 business days from the date that the refund is approved and include the purchase price, shipping, handling, and taxes. Uppercentile reserves the right to re-ship an order as a replacement if a customer claims they didn’t receive their shipment or if their items were damaged on delivery.
